Art Curriculum
Art, in the early education setting, plays a central role in cognitive, motor, language, and social-emotional development. It stimulates and develops a child's imagination and critical thinking skills. Art also provides children avenues for self-expression and allows them to communicate visually.
God's Little Creations firmly aknowledges that art is vital to a well-rounded education, and believes that when kids are encouraged to express themselves and take risks in creating art, they develop a sense of innovation that will be important in their adult lives.
GLC provides each age group with teacher-directed and child-directed art experiences daily.
